I am very proud of my past 23 years with Constable Precinct Four. I have dedicated my time here to providing the residents of Precinct Four with excellent service and professionalism. I believe my experience, qualifications, and leadership have contributed to the success of this department. If we are to continue providing this quality of service, we must continue to have an experienced Constable in office.

As the Constable of Bexar County Precinct Four, I have constantly reevaluated procedures and have continually looked for ways to improve the delivery of County services to the residents of Precinct Four. My top priority in office has been, and will continue to be the safety and service to the residents of Precinct Four.
